  • Dr. Moh DadafarinDirector - Principal AudiologistMoh is a leading Doctor of Audiology with over 30 years of experience in different areas of Audiology, as a Research Audiologist, an Audiology Lecturer and a Clinical Audiologist. He is a well-known and trusted Audiologist who has improved people’s quality of life over the last three decade.Moh has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Adult Hearing Rehabilitation, Hearing aid Prescription & Fittings, Diagnostic audiology & Tinnitus management. He also has experience in Cochlear implants, Paediatric Audiology, Electrophysiological Hearing Assessment & Clinical Research.Moh is an expert in assessment, selection and fitting of the most technologically advanced and invisible hearing aids.Moh holds a Bachelor Degree in Audiology, a Master degree in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University of Sydney and a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences, in USA.Moh is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), a Member of the International Society of Audiology (ISA), a member of Independent Audiologist Australia (IAA) and is a member of Audiology Australia and holds a Clinical Certificate of Practice (CCP).Moh is accredited by Government department of Age care, Office of Hearing services and Victorian Workcover Authority and is registered as a provider for Medicare, TAC and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) hearing services.   • Nazila MosheriDirector - Hearing ClinicianNazila is one of the Company Directors at Ear & Hearing Australia. Nazila originally obtained her qualifications in Biology at Tehran University, before moving to Australia in 1994. Nazila commenced working at Ear & Hearing Australia in 2004 as part of the management team, before obtaining her Audiometry qualificationin 2007 and becomes a member of the Australian College of Audiology. For several years Nazila was working as part of the audiology team helping our clients with their hearing needs.   • Hami ResalatClinical AudiologistHami has been enjoying helping people with their hearing needs since 1998. She has a Masters degree in Clinical Audiology from Melbourne University. She is one of the longest serving members of the Ear & Hearing Audiological team. During this time Hami has developed her extensive experience in various fields of audiology, specialising in adult fittings and rehabilitation.Hami’s extensive experience, up to date knowledge of developments in the field of audiology and charming manner means she is much in demand.Read More >
  • Tara BishesariClinical AudiologistTara has both a Master of Clinical Audiology degree from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Audiology from Beheshti Medical University. Tara chose Audiology as a career because she believes that addressing hearing needs contributes significantly to people’s quality of life.She feels that in order to do this she needs to develop a rapport with her clients to understand their personalities, experiences and lifestyle demands so that she can ensure the best possible outcome for them. She is currently doing her PhD in Audiology at The University of Melbourne.Apart from adult hearing rehabilitation, Mahsa has several years of experience in paediatrics' hearing and vertigo/balance disorders.

  • Kianoosh has been working as a Financial Controller with Ear & Hearing Australia for the last 11 years. Kianoosh has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Public Administration with the major in Financial Management.
    He has more than twenty years experience working as a Financial Controller, Accountant and Auditor in various industries.He is a member of CPA Australia, he has more than thirteen years experience as a lecturer at different universities overseas and in Australia.
  • Graeme has vast experience in audiological support having worked with Ear & Hearing Australia for over 9 years. Graeme looks after and maintains our Audiological software program, and can be found at Malvern, Camberwell and our Kew clinics.
    Outside of work Graeme enjoys reading, music and weekends in the country when the opportunity arises as he is a country boy at heart, hailing from in Gundagai.
  • Teena has worked with Ear & Hearing Australia for over 5 years in customer service and Audiological support.
    Teena has a degree in Science and comes from a teaching background. She has extensive experience in administration having being involved in many local community organizations.Teena has a keen interest in cooking and was the cookery writer for Club Marine Magazine prior to working at Ear & Hearing Australia.
  • Donna joined the Ear & Hearing Australia administration team in 2013, working across the Kew, Camberwell and Ashburton offices. Donna brings the skills gained in her previous 25 years of nursing to her current position, and thoroughly enjoys meeting our clients.
    Donna enjoys spending time in the garden, doing a little bit of patchwork and getting lost in a good book.
  • Natalie Mastrangeli has been with Ear & Hearing Australia since August 2015 working predominately in the Melbourne CBD Clinic.Natalie has previously worked as a Linguist and Language Teacher for the past 12 years. She has a Diploma of Education (Secondary) with Honours in LOTE, ESL and in Sociology.
    She also has a Diploma in Administration and has worked as a Personal Assistant for a period of 4 years. Furthermore, she is in the process of completing a Diploma of Human Resources.Natalie has also gained Media & Public Relations experience and has worked co-operatively with Italian Newspapers & Radio SBS.Natalie has a keen interest in the Arts, European Literature, French & Italian Film Noir and shares a passion for cultural diversity and cultural pluralism within the wider community.
  • Emily has recently joined the Ear & Hearing team, coming to us with over 15 years experience in both administrative and clinical care roles across the medical industry, including previous experience working in hearing centres.
    Having had hearing difficulties from a young age herself, Emily has a personal understanding of the importance of hearing heath. This, combined with her previous experience working in aged/disability care, has lead to her developing a passion for hearing health and education, and she enjoys supporting clients to achieve positive outcomes.Most of Emily’s spare time is currently taken up with her involvement in Motorsport. From sitting in the drivers seat of her little MX-5 race car, to working with teenagers and guiding them in the development of advanced car control skills, Emily loves to get involved and have a go at anything thrown her way!
  • Omeed has been working at Ear & Hearing Australia for 5 years as an IT Consultant. Ameed maintains our computer network and keeps this functioning throughout our sites. He has been in the IT industry for  over 15 years and has come from a telecommunications engineering background. He completed his studies at RMIT in 1996.
    Ameed is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and has worked as IT manager with many different companies managing networks and assisting software development teams. He has various experience with different UNIX systems’ hardware and software as well as many Microsoft operating systems.
  • Arian is one of our younger team members who work across all our clinics. Arian is currently studying Business at Swinburne University while helping our Administration team at Ear & Hearing Australia Part time.
    Arian has a keen interest in health and fitness, as well as the outdoors. Arian spends his time keeping active by playing Basketball and at the gym. On weekends, Arian enjoys fishing with his family.
  • Danny is the youngest member of the Ear and Hearing team, having only graduated from high school in 2015. He works across all the offices but spends most of his time behind the scenes at the Kew office.
    Danny is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Sciences at La Trobe University majoring in Anatomy & Physiology.Outside of work, Danny’s interests include skateboarding, cars and playing guitar.
